About the Founder — James Oluwole

Meet the Visionary Behind the Movement

James Oluwole is a visionary leader, certified coach, and transformational mentor committed to raising leaders who embody purpose, performance, and prosperity.

A Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA, UK), James has spent more than a decade leading teams and organisations across Nigeria, Ghana, and Mozambique in finance, operations, and strategy.

He holds certifications from the Africa Leadership Development Centre, Covenant University (Nigeria), and is a mentee of Dr. Olumide Emmanuel’s Billionaires Conclave Group, where he continues to develop and refine practical principles for wealth creation and sustainable leadership.

Through James Oluwole Leadership & Impact Ltd, he mentors individuals and organisations to rise, grow stronger, and lead with clarity and confidence — turning potential into measurable progress and long-term impact.

James is married to Omotola, and they are blessed with three children, a family that continues to inspire his commitment to leadership, growth, and generational legacy.
